I Have A Hole In My Forehead That Will Not

I have a hole in my forehead that will not heal. I assume it's a wart. The doctor has performed the freeze treatment 3 times, I have also used the at home freeze kit 3 times, with breaks in between for healing. The hole is getting bigger and it feels like a needle deep occasionally piercing my skull. Does a normal wart do that? It also looks like at the very bottom of the hole there are a few white dots. Smothering it is not working. :/
