I Have A Hole In My Writing Drum N I

I have a hole in my writing drum n I can't really hear but I mistakenly put hydrogen peroxide in my ear it sound and felt like acid eating away my ear I have been laying on that side so that the rest of the liquid can come out....what do u think has happen to my ear?
