I Have A Hole In The Crease Area Of My

I have a hole in the crease area of my groin it started off as a hard mass and now has became inverted hole that has a clear piss coming from it. I have had three off these previously on my breasts over the past few years, however this one is more uncomfortable and sore due to the area it is in. Is there any way of treating this?
