I Have A "hollow" Feeling In My Chest. I Also

I have a "hollow" feeling in my chest. I also have sharp pain in my ear and my upper back/neck. I've experienced dizziness severely one day, but not so bad now...just occasionally. I also have a feeling like my heart beats a little too quick at times. I have been to two dr's who said nothing to me after doing chest xrays. I went to another dr yesterday...waiting to do blood work now. What do you think this could be? It's been going on now for 3-4 weeks. I'm tired of not feeling "right".
