I Have A Horrible Rash On Both Eye Lids And

I have a horrible rash on both eye lids and a welt/hive on my right temple... I have tried to eliminate any/all sources of topical things that may be causing this reaction.... the only thing I can think of that I started taking around the time the rash developed is levothyroxine for my low thyroid.... is it possible that the rash on my eyelids is a side effect of the levothyroxine
