I Have A Huge Thrombosed Hemorrhoid. I'm Not Gering Any

I have a huge thrombosed hemorrhoid. I'm not Gering any relief doing everything and more as in supposed to. Well i just went to pee and I wiped front to back and seen dark blood just a,small amount. So i looked at my hemorrhoid and now I have a big black spot on it. What is it?? What do I need to do?? I'm miserable and freaking out now!! Been dealing with these for yrs never seen this before.
