I Have A Hx Of DVT/PE. I Have Always Had

I have a hx of DVT/PE. I have always had heavy bleeding with my periods but the coumadin of course intensifies it. Due to the heavy bleeding I am anemic, I have ovarian cysts and uterine fibroids that are no larger than 3cm and a left oopherectomy.... my doctor reccommend the hysteroscopic oblation vs full hysterectomy. Based off of the information that I have given you, what do you suggest?
