I Have A Ingrown Toe Nail And One Of The

I have a ingrown toe nail and one of the sides has black underneath a little so i thought it was infected and cut the side off where it was and the nail is uneven now one side is very short in the corner and i cant make the front even.. Will it grow back evenly?
