I Have A Irregular Period.last Period At July 5.at September

I have a irregular period.last period at July 5.at September 8 I hv hcg test and it shows 2870 level.at September 22 I do ultra sound and they found cardiac activity but fetal pole is not clear..they wrote there is a irregular outline..which may be fetalpole of 8 mm.i m little spotting yesterday.previously I had 2 Miscarriage .m I going to loose it again?
