I Have A Itchy Reddened Area On The Tip Of

I have a itchy reddened area on the tip of my nose. I have had it for 2 weeks. It is the size of a pimple but now there seems to be another one starting on the other side. I thought maybe a cold sore but it should be blistered by now. What do you think?
