I Have A Jagged, Cramp Type Pain Just Below My

I have a jagged, cramp type pain just below my ribs and to the left front side of my body. This is very annoying as sitting, standing or lying in the one position for any length of time can become uncomfortable. Sometimes I get a sickness feeling with a sour vomiting taste in my mouth. Any suggestions as to what this might be would be greatly appreciated.
