I Have A Keloid Scar From A Pacemaker Insert Than

I have a keloid scar from a pacemaker insert than 4 months later Doctors had to remove pacemaker but cut in the original site so I developed a keloid that is sore everyday plus its pink color like it may be infected but PMC Dr said it looks ok should I see a skin specialist or what self help do you recommend
