I Have A Kidney Stone That Apparently Has Not Moved

I have a kidney stone that apparently has not moved in a weeks time, it is between 5 and 7 ml from what the catscan revealed they told me that it is still a passable stone which i hope is true but the fact tha it hasnt moved at all concerns me and is potentially inflaming the area that it is in with possibilities of infection , what arte your thoughts?
