I Have A Knee Both Pain Especially Climbing Stairs And

I have a knee both pain especially climbing stairs and just recently have a minicus tear operation last june on my right knee.. but until know I still have the discomfort of pain of both knees..and consulted my primary doctor and had her examine my fingers it has a little bumps on the joints which she said I had artrities.
my concern is their a specific doctor that I have to see and consult my situation considering my primary
doctor didn't recommend one. all she said I have to loss weight to help with my knees
