I Have A Knot Close To My Elbow That Has

I have a knot close to my elbow that has slowly gotten bigger and more painful the past few weeks. At first I thought I had a bruise because every time I bumped it, that,s what it felt like. When I looked at that spot, there was no bruise.
Now it's gotten painful.
