I Have A Knot On The Side Of My Chin

I have a knot on the side of my chin the size of a quarter or a little more. It is hard as a rock and protrudes about half an inch from my face. The last 2 days it has just been almost the same color as my skin. It has hurt and made my bottom lip swollen, can barely talk or chew. Today it is bright red and the head of it feels blistery. I've tried warm compresses, a natural drawing salve and some ibuprofen. Nothing.
