I Have A Knot Or Walnut Size Growth In My

I have a knot or walnut size growth in my left testicle, it extends in my scrotum towards the bottom. It is painful to touch. It started several months ago and was small.... Then it decreases in size and comes back bigger. Any help would be appreciated
