I Have A Knot That Appeared About 7 Months Ago,

I have a knot that appeared about 7 months ago, it comes and goes and it gets larger and I have to press on the dip that is next to the knot to make the pressure stop or sometimes even my left temple, it makes my neck stiff and gives me a headache but only on left side?
