I Have A Large (10x12x11cm) Fibroid And I’m Awaiting A

I have a large (10x12x11cm) fibroid and I’m awaiting a hysterectomy. My obgyn started me on sprintec 3 pills qd for 3 days, then 2 pills qd for 3 days, then 1 qd after that skipping placebos. My bleeding was stopped and I was doing well. Now all of a sudden 2 weeks ago I started spotting a little and now it’s getting heavier. Should I just increase my sprintec back to two a day or should I be worried that there’s an issue causing the increased bleeding? I’m thinking just increasing will be fine? I have surgery in two weeks.
