I Have A Large 2nd Degree Burn On Half My

I have a large 2nd degree burn on half my arm. It is about 3 months old. It is from a grease fire we had in the kitchen. The grease landed on my arm. It is very pinkish red and flat scar. Will this fade over time? Is there any treatments such as laser or anything else that can make it a more natural color?
