I Have A Large Adenoma In My Cecum Across From

I have a large adenoma in my cecum across from the valve. Found a year ago it's only grown a half an inch. My doctor worries that it will become malignant and wants to remove it. Yikes big surgery and I'm 78 yrs old. I do not want to endure this procedure and usually these don't become cancerous so I've read. What do you think. I want quality, not quantity!
