I Have A Large Area On The Right Side Of

I have a large area on the right side of my right breast that is very painful when pressed on. I had a mammogram that only came back with no lumps but their comment to me was I had dense breast. I had a complete hysterectomy at 33 and I am 60 now. I've been on hormones sense. Only the large area is sore in a large spot. My doctor examined them and said he didn't really feel anything. So that wa the end of that issue as far as the doctors are concerned. Is there anything I can do or test I can take to further exam the issue?
