I Have A Large Bruise On My Shin From A

I have a large bruise on my shin from a fall in a rocky area last Sunday - it has been scanned and there is no fracture, and no clot under ultrasound. I am doing a 12 hour flight on monday - is this likely to be ok , or will there be high risks do you think? I do not tolerate asprin well
