I Have A Large Cyst On My Right Wrist, Been

I have a large cyst on my right wrist, been giving me pain and numbness, but yesterday bruising showed up on wrist, looked something like when a vessel pops in your finger and it turns black...but this looked more like a bruise. I did not do anything to make a bruise, so I do not know what it is from, it swelled, and was warm to the touch. What can be causing this, and also, neck pain comes all the way down my arm and hand goes numb. Guessing a nerve , but I have had bone implants in neck 5 years ago for degenerative disc disorder...I am thinking I should go back to see them.
