I Have A Large Golf Ball Size Patch On The

I have a large golf ball size patch on the outside of each ankle. I have had them for years. But I am finding that my feet are starting to swell sometimes and when they do the balls on my ankles and the swelling together cause a cut off of circulation . My feet start to burn badly. Not sure what it is, aslo the balls on each angle hurt a lot aspecially when my feet are swollen. My feet do not swell really big but enough to know because of the circulation flow. thanks
