I Have A Large Grape Size Lump Attached To My

I have a large grape size lump attached to my clitoris under the skin. It used to be underneath but now it's protruding to the right because it's growing. There is no pain at all. There is no redness or inflammation on or around it. It's been growing for around six months to a year. Do you have any ideas on what this could be. Thanks.
