I Have A Large Haemotoma On My Kidney After Lithotripsy.

I have a large haemotoma on my kidney after lithotripsy. On the CT scan one kidney looks twice the size of the other. I have no fever or high blood pressure. The urologist is going to see me in 3 months - in the first two weeks there was no change in size of the haemotoma. I have a long (24 hours) plane trip booked for a few months time and I am worried about flying with this condition.
