I Have A Large Hydrocele On My Right Teste. I

I have a large hydrocele on my right teste. I have also had a recurring swollen lymph node in the left side of my groin (crease) and have now noticed a second swollen lump, bean size, above the first one slightly more on the sack side other than the leg. Not attached to the testicle. Does this sound like an infection? I have also suffered from hemmeroids for years.
