I Have A Large Lump On My Right Clavicle And

I have a large lump on my right clavicle and smaller ones on my neck. I notice a larger lump forming above the inside crease of my right elbow and large hard lump on my right knee and soft large lump on the back of my right knee and swelling in my right ankle and foot. No pain in any of these areas.
