I Have A Large Lump Under My Chin..I Thought It

I have a large lump under my chin..I thought it was a huge pimple.. I can grab a hold with hand and it is bigger then a golf ball..hot packed it ..now it is bigger..when I grab it it goes way back and I can move it around.. Can't put head down or turn head without bothering me
