I Have A Large Rash On My Shoulder Blade And

I have a large rash on my shoulder blade and upper back. This morning I woke up itching extreamly bad. When I scratched I noticed a small part near the back of my shoulder was wet. I also notice a Natalie smell that came only with the part of the rash that is wet when I scratch.

What is the wetness and why does the rash smell matalic?
