I Have A Large Scab From Scratching My Legs. It's

I have a large scab from scratching my legs. It's on the very front middle of my shin. It feels tight and started bleeding a little again (it's been 5 days since I noticed it). It has been slightly painful the entire time. I don't know if it's the location or what it could be. It seems to be healing but not sure why there is still slight pain and bleeding today
