I Have A Large Swollen Area On The Inside Lid

I have a large swollen area on the inside lid near my vagina. It is hurting to the point of where I can barely sit and it us consent hurting. I feel sick to my stomach and I don't no if that is because of the pain or what. I don't no if I should go to the ER or if I should call the clinic in the morning .
