I Have A Large Swollen Lump In My Vulva Area

I have a large swollen lump in my vulva area and it has 3 tiny dark blue/purple spot on it and I can tell those spots are where the swelling is coming from. For the past two weeks it's been swelling to a large lump and then back to normal but the skin is peeling around it really bad and the black dots are still there but they have been getting more darker in the past 2 weeks
