I Have A Large Unexplained Bruise On My Right Lower

I have a large unexplained bruise on my right lower abdomen. It feels sore and I have been feeling a little sick. I noticed the bruise 3 days ago and it was only blue. Now it id larger and almost like a deep red and black with blue around it. What could this be and should I go get this looked at now?
