I Have A Left Foraminal Encroachment L4/5 With Moderate Pain.

I have a left foraminal encroachment L4/5 with moderate pain. I have the same thing in 2012 and had two epidural Shot in my back. Just had one Dec 28 still in pain going to have another one in Feb 13 but I don't want this happen again two or three years from now. Only relief I'm getting is my pain med and I'm on prednisone 20 mg. What your opinion I just want to do what I need to do so I want have to go through this again.
