I Have A Legitimate Rx For Kidney Stone Pain For

I have a legitimate Rx for kidney stone pain for oxycodone/acetaminophen. Its a white pill stamped 512. My understanding is that this is called Percoset. I also have an Rx for muscular pain which is a white pill stamped 4839/V -- which I thought was Vicoden -- and not as strong as Percoset. But my on line searches seem to be saying that these pills are the same drug and are in fact what I understand to be the far more dangerous drug Oxycontin. I do not want to get them confused.
