I Have A Lesion On The Shaft Of My Penis

I have a lesion on the shaft of my penis that started when a girl gave me oral sex it is byy scrotum, it has gotten to be almost dime sized. It does not seem to be filled with puss and it don't hurt in less I mess with.it won't heal and it is hard on its outer edge and my penis is swollen and its harder around my urethra. I have no discharge at the head but all around the lesion it seems to always be discharging like clear almost like a blister would do. what do you think I have
