I Have A Light Brownish Red Horseshoe Mark On My

I have a light brownish red horseshoe mark on my forearm. Its the size of a peach ring candy just in a horseshoe shape. I've had it for 3 days now. What could this be and do I need to have it checked. My health is not good and my doctors can't seem find out what is wrong
