I Have A Linear Bruise On My Stomach. Its Greenish.

I have a linear bruise on my stomach. Its greenish. I don't remember hitting myself. I 1st noticed it Monday. I must add that I did heavily drink the weekend before. No major pain, but it is tender and feels like any other bruise I've gotten in my past on my arm or legs. Should I be concerned?
