I Have A Lingering Pain In My Chest, It Feels

I have a lingering pain in my chest, it feels like heart burn but I've only had the once and today is the longest I've felt the pain, for 5 hours now. The first time it came, it really hurt for 5 minutes and I couldn't do anything, the pain was persistent for 20 minutes and its been a dull pain ever since.
