I Have A Litany Of Health Issues At Just 45

I have a litany of health issues at just 45 yrs. old. I recently was diagnosed with diabetes-hypertension ( alarmingly high blood pressure 170 /109) and now high cholesterol. discharged Dr. as we were not feeling appropriate care was administered. returned to old Dr. and pharmacy--- they have concerned me with a script called : apo-feno micro 200 mg. with my other meds....is this wise ?
