I Have A Long History Of Endo Problems In My

I have a long history of endo problems in my family and was dealt the hand of having Graves disease @ 37yrs and had iodine rad. treatments to kill of my thyroid and now am on what is a very large dose of synthroid (400mcg) daily. Also developed delayed onset diabetes and act like type 1 @ 47 yrs old. At 53yrs old 6'2" tall and only 138lbs. At peak of my health pretty diabetes I weighed 195 and was fit and active after 2yrs in military. I continue to feel worse as time progresses. New symptoms have shown up lately i.e., fingers, toes & spine ache constantly and have devolved ringing in right hear and nausea with lots of intestinal rumbling , nausea and gas. My GP has found nothing new, any suggestions. I realize this is little in way of detailed medical history but I am reaching out for any guidance, thanks.
