I Have A Long History Of High WBC Count From

I have a long history of high WBC count from about 12-27 given the day, high platelets 708 right now, high absolute lymphocytes, neutrophils, monocytes and eosinophils. I have a history of chronic pancreatitis for the past 7 years, never an alcohol drinker, never smoked, excercised regularly prior to Pancreatic issues. I had a distal pancreatectomy, splenectomy and intestines rerouted in 7/14. The high WBC count started before the pancreatic issues so they don't think it's related. I'm seeing a hematologist/oncologist and earlier testing showed lgl leukemia, but the bone marrow biopsy didn't show it, but did show monoclonal gammapathy. What could all this indicate?
