I Have A Long List Of Conditions. Unfortunatly When They

I have a long list of conditions. Unfortunatly when they decided to make their appearance, I had no health coverage at all. My illnesses rendered me disabled overnight. I spent the next year or so going to free clinics,emergency rooms, and was treated by ALOT of different doctors. How do I get all of my medical information and the diagnosis and test results ect all together in 1 centralized place?
