I Have A Lot Going On And Don't Know If

I have a lot Going on and don't know if they relate to each other. My stomach hurts all the time. I have Diarrhea Every day. I have lost some weight due to this and nothing I take over the counter works. At times the pain is unbearable. Also I have sharp shooting pain in my right outer thigh with numbness and burning. Also lately I have to urinate a lot and I'm so tired. My feet are always cold. What is happening to me please?
