I Have A Lot Of Medical Problimbs So This May

I have a lot of medical problimbs so this may be an extention of these but I have not been able to get ahold of my MD and if I tell my husband he will go over bord and insist I go to the ER so I have DGD and am or was over 500 lbs I also have kidney desease leveale 2 and artheritis in my sholders and knees and spine I have Afib for which I take warferin I take baclofin and tramadol for pain and my pain management Dr. who I have just started seeing has put me on a patch Starts with a B and demeral which I have only taken 1 of before I recieved the patches in June I was in the hospital because my copd was acting up and I had to be in for a few a while on bypap but not intabated when I got home I noticed a painful lump under my rite arm next to my brest it has gone down but still remains painful also I have been having a lot of muscle shaking and twiching and I have been loosing a significunt amount of waight I am not sure the exat amount but it is very noticable I would say 50 lbs or more in the last 8 weeks is there anything that would cause this or maby it is just a side affect from the new med? but the waight loss started before I started the patches/ any help would be apreciated thank you
