I Have A Lot Of Muscle/joint Pain.shoulder/neck /ankle On Right

I have a lot of muscle/joint pain.shoulder/neck /ankle on right side.left hip.Tylinol and aspirin and glucosimine don't help.I feel very stiff in those areas.Difficulty standing straight and walking.These problems go away and reappear often.Just a slight movement can trigger 5 days of pain.It is affecting my quality of life.
