I Have A Lot Of Pain And In The Beginning

I have a lot of pain and in the beginning was told i had sickle cell now since I have been missed place in Houston Tx I have been told no i don't have sickle cell but I keep having to have blood transfusion and iron transfusion I am always in pain all over my body I have very low counts I cannot go a year without an blood transfusion and iron transfusion and sometimes have to have more than three a year and Hospitals because the pain be so bad my blood pressure be in almost the 200/114 I also cannot sleep at night and have anxiety and panic attacks my Hemoglobin is always not that bad the doctor says but my blood count is a 8 or lower
please can someone tell me what is going on with my body and why is it no doctor knowes what is wrong with me
