I Have A Lot Of Pain In My Back Both

I have a lot of pain in my back both right and left upper and lower I suspect there is a lot of tension ! I also feel pain when I breathe in deeply and I suspect there is something on my lung! I had a chest x Ray about a month ago and results were normal !
